How long it takes

Every panel is cut and finished after you order it. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting.

Most orders ship in 2 to 3 weeks. That covers laser cutting, forming the bent edges, patina application, clear coat, packing and delivery.

If you're working to a deadline, email us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

Christmas delivery

Order by December 1 to have it under the tree. After that we'll do what we can, but we won't promise a date we can't hold.

How it ships

32", 40" and 44" panels ship FedEx Ground in a rigid protective carton. Tracking goes out the moment the label is created.

60" and 72" panels ship freight. These are large, heavy and rigid, and freight is the only way to move them without damage. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.

Freight is curbside delivery. The driver brings it to the end of your driveway, not into your house. Plan on having someone available and a second set of hands to carry it in.

Inspect before you sign

Look the package over before you sign the delivery slip. If the carton is crushed, punctured or torn, write it on the slip before signing. A photo of the packaging as it came off the truck helps too.

Signing a clean delivery receipt tells the carrier the shipment arrived undamaged, and it makes a freight claim significantly harder to win afterward. Then open it and check the panel itself. If something is wrong, email us the same day.
